As women, especially black women, we’ve been conditioned to ignore our inner voice, and to follow societal norms, believe me, this “one size fits all” approach to life doesn’t work.

I am a warrior mom, a sister friend, and a fierce advocate for radical self-care! Daughter of a strong and resilient woman, I was encouraged to honor my inner voice, be a free thinker, embrace joy, and to live authentically. This philosophy has informed my life as a mother, coach, and how I show up for myself.
A bit of a rebel, Bre is an unconventional life coach, for over a decade she has been successful in supporting women in transforming their lives, as a woman of African descent (Cape Verdean), she draws from the wisdom and traditions of the women who walked before her. She also pulls from the intersection of being a Black women in America,

life is art
My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and do so with some passion, compassion, humor, and style
Caring for yourself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare
You wanna fly, you got to give up what weighs you down
