Bre. mama. seeker. artist. coach. stylist. & visionary

I am a warrior mom, a sister-friend, and a fierce advocate for radical self-care! Daughter of a strong and resilient woman, I was encouraged to honor my inner voice, be a free thinker, embrace joy, and to live authentically. This philosophy has informed my life as a mother, coach, and how I show up for myself.

My career as an early childhood specialist transitioned organically from educating moms about their children to teaching women how to improve the quality of their lives.

Admittingly, a bit of a rebel and an unconventional thinker, I was able to unite my passion for empowering women and the aesthetic of personal style. My mission is to encourage women to create lives that look, as good as they feel! For over a decade I have been successful in supporting women in transforming their lives. As a woman of African descent (Cape Verdean), I draw from the wisdom and traditions of the women who walked before me and the nuanced intersection of being a Black woman in America.
